Cancellation and Refund

Mixsup.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change or a product doesn’t meet expectations. That’s why we’ve made our Cancellation & Refund Policy clear and simple.

❌ Order Cancellation

We get it — sometimes you change your mind.

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped, whichever comes first.
• To cancel, simply email us at support@mixsup.in with your order number.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return after receiving the item.

Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically canceled if:

• The product is out of stock
• The payment fails or remains incomplete
• The shipping address is incorrect or unreachable

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ve got your back.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Footwear must be tried on indoors only

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards or personalized products

💵 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• If you paid online, the refund will go back to the original payment method.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll offer a bank transfer or store credit.

2. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if eligible.
