Return Conditions

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Footwear must not be worn outside.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards or personalized items

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• In case of COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
